Sonic Drive-in - White Pine
Sonic Drive-in
Description
Sonic Drive-In offers a mixed bag of experiences for diners. While many patrons praise the hotdogs, tater tots, and the convenience of the Sonic app for quick, contactless orders, others report inconsistent service and order inaccuracies. Some customers expressed frustration with lengthy wait times for items like milkshakes, while the quality of food remains a highlight. Additionally, service can vary, with some staff providing excellent support, while others display rudeness. Although improvements in the restaurant's ambiance and parking lot are desired, those who appreciate creative surprises from the menu and friendly staff seem to regularly return for another visit.

Feedback
I really appreciate the attentive service at this restaurant. The staff consistently checked in on me to see if I needed anything and even offered to take my trash. Coming from Richmond, I can't help but feel envious that we don't have this same level of service in our restaurants.
Hit is an excellent restaurant with wonderful staff, and I always have a great time dining there.
I really enjoy Sonic's hotdogs, whether they are foot long or beef. Paired with some tater tots, it's the best option around. The Greeneville location could use some cosmetic updates and the parking lot seems to be shrinking, but the food quality is consistently good.
The food was plain old sonic good nothing wowed me. It wasn't bad everyone with me loved there food and milkshakes.
I ordered three double cheeseburgers, but they had clearly been made ahead of time and weren't enjoyable. While I understand that they're popular items on the $3 menu, I believe orders should be prepared fresh upon request. The burgers were very soggy since they had been sitting out. I would have returned them, but I took the food home instead. On a positive note, the onion rings were very fresh.
