Located within a Pilot truck stop, the new Dunkin' Donuts Express offers a limited menu and minimalist atmosphere, which has left visitors with mixed feelings. Express. 24/7 because it's self serve, limited donuts, limited menu, same prices. Donuts are changed every 8 hours. Actually some of the softest, freshest donuts I've ever had.
We stopped at the new Dunkin Donuts location on Dolly Parton Pkwy in Sevierville, TN this evening for dessert. We bought 1/2 dozen mixed donuts. When we pulled over in a parking spot to indulge in a donut, we opened the box to find our jelly donuts busted, stale and flat, and the glazed donuts were old. My husband took them back inside and asked for fresh donuts. He was told they didn 't have any fresh donuts or any ingredients to make any, because the delivery truck hauling ingredients had an accident earlier and they were out of ingredients. My question is why didn 't he explain this when we placed our order in the drive thru? This was our first visit to this location, and it will be our last. So sad; it could have been a much better experience.
Disappointed about the Dunkin I side the Pilot. It is an express so no sandwiches and limited donut options. Also I have to be my own batista and I'm not getting paid for that. Prices aren't any less than a full store.
I had assumed it was a full Dunkin? in the gas station. It was not. It was just an island for coffee. For people who enjoy the other drinks that are not coffee this won?t serve your needs.
