We spent $31 on a soup and sandwic... read more My family enjoys visiting Panera, and we went there for lunch today. As expected, it was quite busy, but we waited patiently. We spent $31 on a soup and sandwich combo for three people. My issue isn't with the price, but rather with how quickly the workers were preparing our food. When we sat down, I had to put together our sandwiches because half of the meat and cheese had fallen out of the bread. That should not happen.

Cashier don?t understand English very well. I asked her for a group size tomato soup. The pen pad is saying $35. So I repeat myself. ?One group size tomato soup. I know how much it cost. I Order the soup twice, or three times a week. Some times fourtimes or even more. It?s lunch at work. I always leave a two dollar tip. My total is normally $19 and some change. Including thetip. After saying to her the second time, ?I only want one soup. She still keeps saying okay. So I entered my phone number touse my member card. For the third time the pin pace still says $35. Dollars. The, I figure, the store manager comes over and tryto help. InConclusion both store managers act like they have an attitude with me. First of all I am paying my money, I earned.Secondly I don?t work for you. Thirdly, thanks for making this part of my day not as good as it could have been if I wentsomewhere else.
