I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Customer service is terrible, workers are lazy and rude, pizza tastes like rubber, place reminds me of a ran down cabin in the woods(tables and chairs warble and move including booths) floors are weak and probably rotted, the whole back of the building smells like mildew, food is either too greasy, over or under cooked all around -5 NEGATIVE 5 STARS DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Small town diner. Staff was friendly but not great customer service. Mushrooms came out still frozen in the middle. Cook put them back in the fryer (same ones I had touched. I know because one looked like a heart). Waited for server to come back, which she didn't, so my husband went to the counter to ask for ketchup, tartar sauce, ranch, and my side of cottage cheese (I ordered a fish basket). Another staff member brought them over to me. I'm not a hard person to please and rarely ever leave a less than perfect review. I can't leave the review I would have preferred to leave. I would like to say I would try them again but I really doubt that I will. My husband said his sandwich was good. He didn't have any sides, just a sandwich.
Horrible people, terrible service. Menu says they have spinach in their veggie omelettes, yet three times it didn't. On the 3rd time I asked the waitress/ owner Pauline if it would have spinach, she assured me it would, and again it did not. When I complained, she blamed the previous owner Dan, who she was buying the place from, saying he wouldn't allow her to buy spinach because they don't sell enough and it goes bad. After this visit, both my husband and I became very sick. We learned that the restaurant had been without power for two days before our visit. We also couldn't get our coffee cups filled without repeatedly asking. I posted a review on their Facebook page and was accused of working for a local pizza place that they have been harrassing and blocked, there is proof, when I'm only a customer of that business and have told them that. I live in the GR area, work in manufacturing and own a vacation place in White Cloud. Years ago this was such an amazing restaurant, they hold onto the Sally's name, along with the Trail Town name, because Trail Town is horrible and they hope to keep the Sally's customers that drive through that area. Please be careful with this place, if you don't get sick, you may get harrassed by Pauline as I've been or threatened by her son, as my friends are dealing with. Either grab a pizza or some Italian from Liberati's or drive a bit further north, theres a great little restaurant on the east side of the road in Brohman, just before the gas station. Amazing food and service at both.
First time there. People were nice. Food was good. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Cleansiness of the restroom was fair. One waitress was mostly standing around talking with other people instead of focusing on customer service. Food took 22 minutes to arrive at my table from the time the order was taken back to the kitchen area. When the food finally arrived, it was just barely warm. I do not believe I will be eating there again. Which is very unfortunate, I love supporting local businesses!!
This establishment could better improve by their cleanliness. The trash cans in the bathroom could definitely have been given more attention. The delivery time of the food was mediocre at best. I, myself, will not be returning. Which is unfortunate, because I love supporting the small businesses.
