I asked for a Spicy Italian, Double the meat and cheese, cut it into 3rds, extra mayo, and for the sandwiches to please be labeled. I received a regular sandwich, cut in 2 pieces, and some extra mayo, not labeled (I ordered 2 total). I paid a lot for that sandwich due to the Double meat and cheese. What Azul Hicks doesn't like about Subway:
I had came to this store and had ordered 4 subway sandwiches. While in the process of waiting for my sandwiches to get prepared when I had noticed the pickles had white mold on it and some strand of hair in the pickles. After seeing that I was pointing to the pickles out to the female employee at that time who was working there she didn't care but made an excuse and said they were in the freezer and they were frozen.... Stood in line for an hour with only 3 people ahead of me. Only one teenager working, back showed up after 30 minutes. Another teenager. Hard to blame them. Where management at 3 o’clock on a Thursday? Why open if you don’t have any employees? Be better. Terrible leadership going on over here
I had came to this store and had ordered 4 subway sandwiches. After that I left the store and decided to not pay for anything there. I will never come back there and it's a big disgrace that this employee didn't show any lack of empathy nor practicing good food safety practices for the sake of myself and as well as fellow customers that walks in that store. I will not recommend anybody to come to this store nor location.
Better luck by the one over by Culver’s in Vadnais Heights.

You can imagine how pi$$ed off I was when I got home to this dinky, EXPENSIVE sandwich. I ordered though the app so I could swing by and pick it up quick so I wasn't able to correct the employee making it. I've never had issues at any other places with my order. This is my regular order that I eat every time.
The staff, especially the female staff, had a major attitude problem. Many people waiting in line while she is in the back complaining about the fact she didn’t get a raise. When I asked to have red onions on my sandwich she responded by saying she didn’t think they had anymore. I said I hoped so and she turned around and took the bin out and threw it into its place. So sorry she had to do her job. Will probably find another Subway to go to!!!
