What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was extremely disappointed this morning with the customer service at Dieucks. The cashier was very distracted, chatting with another worker and neglecting me. They were gossiping about other customers and did not even say thank you or give a proper greeting. They were very rude and seemed bothered by being interrupted by customers. I absolutely adore this restaurant. I have been here countless times, so you know I mean business! The drinks are top-notch, the atmosphere is lively, and they have never gotten my order wrong or run out of anything. Special thanks to baristas Amanda, Mackenzie, and David! View all feedback.
