Acqua Restaurant Bar - White Bear Lake

As good as it gets and will fly back just to eat here. I know seems extreme, but this place should have an impact. I grew up in restaurants from chef's to cooks and around the world. I had a delightful experience at this gem. Flavor, execution, balanced and great service.

We stopped in on Sunday Date Night Our first visit was so welcoming, our server Brent was fantastic! He was very helpful and patient with us as we navigated through the beautiful menu. The food was outstanding and the drinks were built to perfection! The croutons on the salad were very special with a soft texture. We plan to go back and try everything on the menu! If your looking for a true Italian dining experience, Acqua does not disappoint!

Super cool place for a little date night. The staff is extremely hard working and friendly. They were very busy with big parties and even though it took on the longer end it didn’t matter because of how nice the folks were.Food was amazing! I had the Elk and my gf had the walleye!

Server was superlative! Unfortunately, for a hardworking middle-class guy like me, the a-la-carte prices were exorbitant... way too rich for my blood. But if you make enough money and have nothing better to do, it's a fine establishment.

We ate on the 2nd floor balcony tonight and everything was absolutely amazing! We were greeted the second we walked thru the doors, given advice on the best pace to sit, and our server, Thomas, was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We ordered the wagyu steak and butternut risotto with blue crab cakes and Caesar salad to start. The food was perfect! The service was incredible, at the atmosphere was homey and romantic at the same time. 10/10 will recommend and we will be back!!
