Zingers Sports Bar & Grill - Whitby

The service was lacking at this restaurant. We arrived at 6:15 but were not seated. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes without being attended to by a waitress, I had to go to the bar to get a menu.

Janeen, the assistant manager, was extremely rude to us during our visit. We came in as a large group for a tournament.

I have visited Zingers twice now, and on both occasions, they were out of the wine I had ordered.

Omg I had to go into this restaurant today and went to kitchen. I understand it's summer and can smell a little but omg the stench was so bad I had to hold my nose and walk out. The staff are so so extremely rude. I would never go here nor would I recommend this place to my enemies

Having visited multiple times, each time we've given up waiting for a waitress to take our drink order, and walked up to the bar for a drink which we took back to our table to consume while waiting for someone to take a food order.After finally flagging someone down to take our order, it was a good order wait for food.The staff were doing all they could, but they were very far understaffed even though they knew the complex was hosting a tournament.I've experienced the same slow service on a typical Monday night with just league games happening.Recommend going for a drink only and order it yourself from bar
