Truly old fashion German food. 3 of us for 62.00We had the snitzel with mushroom gravy and spatzle, small salad. The snitzel was huge, I couldn't finish it all. It was definitel old school homemade tasting. I would definitely go back to try other items on the menu. They also do breakfast every day. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wolfgang's on Brock:
the breakfasts are great. Service is extremely slow, and seating is not kept clean. We were there a few times and would notice the staff standing around avoiding eye contact while most of the tables needed to be wiped of or at least new silverware placed down. View all feedback.
We have been going to Wolfgang's for the past few years and have always had good experiences with dining room pick-up. However, in the last few months, we have had two very rude experiences, one with the service staff and the other with the owners. It's important for people to notice that service matters.
They love the homemade rosti and they can see it with Cheddar cheese, fried wobble and more sour they are so good. service is very friendly and the restaurant is clean, spacious and soothing.
The restaurant offers a traditional and authentic Bavarian menu with various options of schnitzel, rouladen, and lätzle. Customers are sure to be pleased with their selection. Additionally, they can also enjoy a delicious breakfast. A visit to this restaurant is a must.
We visited wolfgangs between and on Saturday februar was waitress pleasant and welcoming that we were asked to sit. after the confusion of the menu and the determination that the breakfast eier benedikt on rosti kartoffeln can be worth a visit in the...to the future, we ordered both the furious carvings, my wife with spatzle and fries with mine. there was no alternative kartoffel choice available. I also ordered the lens soup and a non-alcoholic beer, my wife ordered a glass of white wine. my suppe came with two slices of stachelbrot, which seemed left from the midday or even from the breakfast. the suppe was well cubed, but was strongly oversalted. I had to add some of my beer of suppe to dilute the salt something, does the kitchen not taste their finished dishes before they are placed before paying the customers? the small green leaf salad was acceptable. the carving bread was soggy and with fat softened with the engraving that the bowl was soggy, like a large porting of the brotes was immersed in this tasteless concoction. I finished the broth away from the flesh and left a part of the flesh on the plate. I am used to carving on the outer, juicy and oozing cheese (in the rule ementhal or Swiss) on the inside and pan fried in lard, clarified butter, duck or geese fat. the fat softened brot was hard to see what the fat content was. I suspect urgent oil or something that was past the expiration date. can come back to try the eggs benedikt, but must get this bad taste first from my mouth. we'll see.
The restaurant serves authentic Bavarian cuisine, which is delicious and freshly prepared from scratch. The owner, Chef Wolfgang, who is Bavarian himself, personally greets guests at their tables to ensure that everyone is satisfied with their choices. The last Sunday of each month is a special "Bavarian night" featuring live music, plenty of laughter, and a fantastic atmosphere.
