This location is always clean and often busy. We?ve been here numerous times, usually before noon. The staff are mostly young people who are being trained, in retail and in customer service. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I'll start by saying that the location is convenient and the staff have always been friendly. Unfortunately the team needs some structured, organized leadership. The service slow and attention to the cleanliness of the dining area could be improved. Tables not consistently wiped, garbage bags left out on the garbage can, display case disorganized and the bathroom was in very rough shape (see pic....someone spilled so... View all feedback.
Absolutely the worst service ive experienced and witnessed. 4 different delivery drivers waiting on orders that weren't even started for 10mins, there were no other customers. Then told us to figure out who's order it was, didn't even check to make sure if we were actually drivers.
This is a tough one? What I like: the convenience of the location (it was very needed in this area) the fact that it still has not gotten too busy. staff are typically very pleasant and friendly. What I don?t like: lately orders have been wrong (I.e. order 1 milk 2 sugar and get 2 milk 1 sugar) items missing from orders (only 5 donuts in a 6 pack) often messy and very disorganized inside. This Tim's is new and in a convenient location. That's about the only good part of it. First off everytime I go there (drive thru) the staff are never the same, ever. There is no sense of leadership or organization. Do not order food at this location. have never had an order that was correct, not missing something or after I ordered and got to the window only to be told they could not make it.
Just got served a BLT with rotten lettuce. Noticed after I ate almost all of it, thought I smelled something weird. Turned super dark green, wet, wilted, smelled not good. Guess I?m gonna have fun having this pass through my system?.tomatoes were on the opposite side of the spectrum, not even close to being ripe, hard and green.
