What User doesn't like about Rice to Go:
I used to live in Toronto and used to live in/near Chinatown. I KNOW what authentic Chinese food should taste like; this "food" did not even come close. We ordered dishes and anticipated the food would be made in the traditional manner. Two serious problems come to mind right now: steam rice should not be soaking wet! It shouldn’t! Amazing food, fresh fresh ingredients! The staff are amazing and take note of any and all requests. Been coming here for over a decade and have never had a complaint or bad experience!
Not everyone's physically able to go to restaurants, so I'm quite surprised to see that this restaurant doesn't offer debit service for home delivery.
High quality food prepared when you order. Tip: call in your order 20 mins ahead. Delicious General Tsao chicken. Even the containers are high end!

We eat here regularly. If we don’t get dinner or lunch together I certainly get it as my lunch treat once a week! The Staff are very friendly. The food is absolutely amazingly fresh and made to order it is not sitting around waiting for customers! The prices are great!!!! There is a small window/bar table seating if you had to eat there but generally this place is take out! They are closed on Mondays! The owner has quite the culinary background you can see his certificates etc on the wall.
