Kids and I stopped in off time about 4pm on a Tuesday. It was still busy but not overwhelmingly so. The kids ended up just wanting to play games so we didn't eat here. Games were fun and overly expensive. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese's:
At one time this was a good place to take my grandkids. These days prices have gone up. Chicken wing prices ridiculous. Small order similar to Mc Nuggets. $9.99. Machines are not random but programmed to determine ticket rewards. Machines that used to give kids 100 coupons now only give 25. Still a fun place but these recent actions by the "bosses" have turned us off and we have stricken it from our fun to do list. View all feedback.
Fantastic! The pizza is amazing and the games are awesome for the kids. They now have it so all the tickets are electronic so no more carrying around tickets in between games
The food was awful - they used leftover pizza crusts from other customers. The robots were creepy and kept staring at me and my friends, which I found disturbing. Despite this, the arcade was fantastic. However, I was disgusted to find a diaper in the ball pit and pads stuck to the mirror in the bathroom.
I will not return to this restaurant. The staff are unhelpful and dishonest. Save your money and dine elsewhere!
My daughter's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese Whitby was a disaster! Despite spending over $500, we received no communication before the party, were treated aggressively and rudely by the managers, especially the General Manager. The event was disorganized and we were treated poorly. I will be warning everyone I know to never go to Chuck E Cheese Whitby. No one should be treated this way on such a special day, especially after spending so much money.
We went and it was 500 points and we had to buy more so my son could play and went out empet handed and is SUKED MAN!!!!!
