Big Bone BBQ & Wicked Wings - Whitby

It took me a while to find the place as it’s tucked in the corner of a plaza. I came in on Super Bowl Sunday and they have a ton of takeout happening . Grabbed a seat and one of the friendly servers came over to take my order. I decided on the rib dinner. The ribs were excellent very juicy with the right amount of smoke and crust. They came with a good amount of fries, coleslaw and baked beans, and best of all was the corn bread! It was amazing! Despite how busy they were staff treated you like family and you could feel how they enjoy working together the place has a friendly vibe. In one sense I’m glad I don’t live to close or I’d be spending way to much time and money here …. But I certainly will be back because this place is a hidden gem …. If you like bbq. All I can say is awesome job BIG BONE BBQ!

We ate in the restaurant and had them cater an event for us and both times the food was AMAZING! All the guests at our party raved about how great the food was. It arrived hot, on time and exactly what we ordered. Ribs, pulled pork, smoked wings, buns, salads, cornbread…for 60 people. All delicious! The owner Scott was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back to the restaurant and would not hesitate to have them cater another event!

Wow had ribs amazing ...but what the ?? Tried the poutine awwhh wtf so much salt ??? Can't get over it like why are they trying to kill people I order from skip and had to throw it out.

I celebrated Mother's Day by ordering food at 5:30, but it was not delivered by DoorDash until 8:18. Unfortunately, the food was cold and not very tasty. The ribs were tough instead of tender, and the portion of ribs and fries was huge. However, I only ate one rib and one French fry, which I did not enjoy. The coleslaw was good, but the portions of coleslaw and baked beans were very small. Overall, I hate to leave a negative review, but I would not order from this restaurant again.
