What Chris Davies doesn't like about Whistler Brewing Company:
This wonderful brewery located just south of Whistler offers an excellent selection of local beers. The service is attentive and friendly, though the food options are somewhat limited and just average. Be sure to check their opening times and any private events, as the voicemail states they close at 7 PM on weekdays, but in reality, they're open until 8 PM. View all feedback.
Gluten-free warehouse and Pale Ale! Absolutely delicious. They have cauliflower crust available and some menu items that look natural gfree, but kitchen is not celiac-friendly as things are presented in the same area. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They are on their gluten-free material.

Hugues was an amazing tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and charismatic. Great beer, great food, great service! Nice way to wrap up a weekend in Whistler.
Great beer here! Tried 8 of their beers and they were all good! Honey lager and Variable Conditions Hazy IPA were favorites.
Paradise valley grapefruit ale is the best!Quick stop for drinks, beer, small food, didn’t try big food, but seems to be good. Nice patio
