The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, precisely what you would anticipate from a Fairmont Hotel. The classic vibe and excellent service create a pleasant experience; however, the food leaves something to be desired. Given the Fairmont's reputation, I expected more flavor. Had a great evening here after our massage. Lianne was our server and she was so great!! A definite repeat day.
The one man singer was really good. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was classy.

We love Mallard. Spent every night there during our visit to whistler drinking dirty martinis. Very cosy and high quality with very relaxed vibes and good live music nightly. The cocktails are so good and the food menu is enticing. Francis was our waiter and he is divine so nice and efficientand lovely. He made our experience so enjoyable! We love you Francis!
