We visited Zaftigs for lunch meeting up with a friend that recommended it to us. We first started out with Matzoh Ball soup (O.M.G. it was amazing, better than mom's... sorry), and 2 meat filled Knishes, wow so good. Then ordered the challah french toast and fake maple syrup, a little disappointed that it wasn't the real thing but no worries, still delicious. The food was excellent, service and atmosphere are a little lacking. The waitress brought the check, we didn't asked for it yet. We were not done. And when i then asked to split the bill it seemed to be a hassle. Again had she waited, we would have told her. View all feedback.

We live this chain. Kosher style deli restaurants in the Boston area. Whenever I visit my daughter I go here.
The lady who served our table, was very rude, impatient and stupid.
Can't be beat. We go for lunch and the matzo ball soup.
