Pizza Hut - Wheeling

We ordered 2 Alfredo pasta dishes, a 5 piece breadstick, a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, and a pan-fried super supreme. The pasta dishes were below average. The sauce was not mixed into the noodles, so they were all congealed together. They also lacked flavor. The breadsticks were average at best. The stuffed crust pizza was the highlight of the order. No one does stuffed crust better than Pizza Hut. The pan-fried crust seems much different then remembered. It's very thin under the toppings. We actually liked this pizza better cold. The order was correct and the staff was friendly at pick-up.

I recently visited this pizza hut and I must say, the pizza was amazing! It is definitely one of the best pizza huts I have ever been to. I was happy to see that they still had the buffet available. I requested my pizza with light sauce due to dietary restrictions and they accurately made it to my specifications. Great experience overall!

Pizza Hut in the Grove (Elm Grove, WV) is consistently delivering an outstanding experience. The staff is always friendly and engaging, giving me a warm welcome every time I pick up my online order. Thank you, ladies, for your great work and keep it up!

If I could give this restaurant a lower rating than one star, I would. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, it was a complete disaster. Four items were missing from my order, and the manager was incredibly rude and hostile. She initially insisted I pay extra for the missing items, even though I had already paid for them. After some arguing, she finally gave me the missing items. However, when I got home and checked the order, half of it was incorrect. When I called to ask for it to be fixed, I was told it would not be corrected. I will not be spending any more money at this establishment. They seriously need to reconsider having a manager with such little regard for their customers.
