For the most part, the food NEVER comes out the way you want it, doesn't look anything like the pictures AND most of the employees are ignorant and rude beyond belief!!!! The way I see it, go at YOUR OWN RISK!

Great service. Especially the homemade cookies. Woah there were more hardees. Nothing beats fame broiled. I came here since I was a kid. I have always received great service and hot food. Sad to see so many bad reviews. Because as much as I go there, I am astonished that I never had the same experience. People were always super nice to me, even my children brought some delicious cookies right out of the oven warm free. They were all so friendly.

I could have tried the fri... read more I visited the Festival of Lights in Oglebay and decided to stop in Wheeling on the way back. I ordered a burger, which was delicious! I could have tried the fries, but they would have been much better if they were served fresh rather than later. Overall, it was great quality and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely stop by again next time. Happy Holidays!

Most of the staff are slow and rude and I overheard someone say that they hope that another staff worker gets sick so he can sue them. most of the burger I had... read more Most of the staff are slow and rude and I overheard someone say that they hope that another staff worker gets sick so he can sue them. most of the burger I had gotten there in the past are a sloppy mess when it's empty with no other customers. chicken tenders taste really salty.
