This place is so good. The ribs have a really good smoke for them and they fall from the bone. The Mac and cheese is soft, the beans are incredibly well seasoned. I like a BBQ that dry rubs its ribs and then only asks if you want grill sauce because I feel like you get the best taste profile in this way, and they are spectacular. This is local craft BBQ. Everything was well done. You have a large offset smoker behind the small building housing of this BBQ. There's also an old Hickory upright smoker. I learned on Thursday, Brisket is day and I am glad that my passage through the city coincided with this meat. Sauces were nice to taste, but not necessary to enjoy the taste of the meat. I ate at one of two picnic tables out in the shade.
When visiting Buffalo our group stumbled on this place after a long round of golf. The most satisfying food I had in a while. Fantastic smoked chicken. The ribs had this bark that was perfect. And the pages were great. Especially the pimples and onions. A few picnic tables for seating. But I'd be ready to eat this bbq again. Must call forward for the bride. The person who worked the register was very friendly! And spoke to the guy who rolled all the smoke back. Such nice and welcoming people. They made the whole experience so much better.
Simply super grill and the owners are so friendly. We had a lot of BBQ in Pittsburgh and this is our absolute favorite. I love mustard and horseradish sauce. A so sweet dining area with a kombucha bar.
We ate a Hangover last week and it was amazing! I had the brisket and believe it's the best I've had. The staff was so kind and then as we were finishing our meal the owner/pitmaster talked us through his entire process. You don't meet people that kind very often. Every time I'm in the area I'll eat there, no question. Such a blessing to have food that fantastic offered up by people that incredibly kind! Kindest regards from Birmingham, AL.
