Fuji Steakhouse Sushi - Wheeling

From Raleigh, in the area and craving sushi so I decided to order a fair amount of takeout here. This was bad honestly and I have a wide pallet for sushi, have tried from all over. Low to low medium quality. I got $17 rolls, came with minimal meat and just didn’t taste that great. For entree, steak unseasoned, rice bland. Disappointing because I was excited to try. If you like conveyor belt sushi in Raleigh this may be acceptable. If you enjoy good quality, well made sushi I personally wouldn’t come here looking for it.

Have stopped in several times while in town and was consistently great both times! Great food, experience, and service. All around great spot?

We really enjoyed the food here. There is a wide variety of Asian selections. There's also a wide variety of sushi. The whole family enjoyed what they got. The staff is very friendly.

Went picked up takeout from Fuji and what they gave me was NOT pad Thai. It tasted like it came out a box. Bland, noodles mushy, did not even taste remotely like pad Thai. Also ordered the house special fried rice. Rice was overcooked and mushy, chicken and shrimp in was undercooked. I DO NOT recommend and will not be back.

Been there twice. Won't go back. Food was cold both times and over cooked chicken. Sushi took FOREVER to get to the table. Yum yum sauce is runny.
