The drive-thru service was awful. I waited 20 minutes at the speaker with no response. When I pulled forward in my work van, still nothing. At the window, the employee finally put down her phone to help the customer behind me, then blamed me for not doing enough to get her attention. She only paid attention once cars started backing up. What’s the point of a drive-thru if it just holds you up? I could have gone inside much faster. On top of that, she acted annoyed because I interrupted her phone use. Absolutely horrible service.

I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, but got one with barely any cream cheese on it, along with an XL coffee that had no pumpkin flavor or sugar. At least the cream cheese was mostly right this time!

I can't say I've had truly bad experiences at this location or that I haven't enjoyed the food, but there have been several miscommunications that make me feel... read more I can't say I've had truly bad experiences at this location or that I haven't enjoyed the food, but there have been several miscommunications that make me feel like I'm wasting both my time and theirs. Even when speaking to the staff in both English and Spanish, they still get the orders wrong. I've even had issues with online orders being incorrect.

The staff didn't know the names of the drinks and were even worse at preparing them. I've experienced this three times now. I ordered a coolata, and it ended up being tasteless. Please, train your staff properly.
