Contribute FeedbackDespite high hopes, this restaurant received mixed reviews from customers. Many complained of slow service, underwhelming food, and high sake prices. However, others praised the friendly staff, delicious dishes, and overall experience. The establishment appeared to be underoccupied, with some diners waiting a long time for their meals. Our server Carlos was fantastic no longer offering Happy Hour so pricing was high but we enjoyed the food, drinks and ambiance
Service was a little slow, we waited a while to be able to order our food. Also, it seemed they may have been short staffed because it was tough to find a waiter when we needed them. The roll we had fried tempura tasted like it may have been left on the counter for a while. Our server was awesome though, really nice and you can clearly tell he was running around a bunch. It was definitely on management

Always a great experience and good food.On this occasion one problem was doors were locked and no one was answering their phone line. Had to wait about minutes to get someone I side to acknowledge that the doors locked and should let us in
