Reviews - Moveable Feast
Reviews summary
Moveable Feast offers a vibrant dining experience with its appealing aesthetics and solid menu, showcasing an array of delicious, healthy options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. Patrons rave about the flavorful chickpea salad, enhanced by golden raisins, and the impressive selection of drinks, including standout mimosas made with house-made syrups. While some dishes, like the fried chicken Sammie, could use improvement—perhaps with a bit more crunch—overall, the service remains attentive and friendly. With a charming atmosphere and a commitment to quality ingredients, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in Wheaton.

The standout feature of our meal was definitely the unique cocktails we enjoyed. The food was decent, and we were also intrigued by the little shop in the back - we'll have to return another time to explore it further. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 4 out of 5. View all feedback.
What Denise W dislikes about Moveable Feast:
They couldn’t bother to update their website to indicate they were closed for a private event. We drove over an hour to get there and left with nothing but an insult. View all feedback.

Good, fresh and wholesome food. Definitely on the more expensive side. Server(s) were nice. There was initially some mix up with our reservations. We had to ask if someone would be helping us as we were waiting for about 15 minutes after sitting down. The hostess sent someone right away and the rest of the experience was great!
A VERY disappointing business. The owners are unethical and I will not be, nor does it feel right to support them. A huge shame, because it has a beautiful atmosphere with lovely food.
The only distinction between the kids' menu hamburger and the regular hamburger is the price. They should remind their servers to refrain from making sarcastic remarks about how customers choose to order their food.
Ate here last night and the staff was as great as the food. Also a great atmosphere.

The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the fries were tasty. Everything tasted very fresh! The interior of the restaurant was also adorable.
The restaurant has both a dine-in section and a takeout section. I ordered a Vanilla Oat Milk Latte to go, along with a Chickpea Salad that was delicious thanks to the golden raisins. However, I found the Chocolate Chip Cookies to be too salty and would skip them next time. I also got a gluten-free Carmelita Bar, which was a great choice.
Stopped in for some coffee and it was Stumptown, a Portland based roaster, and it was amazing. Multiple dairy milk alternatives are listed (almond and oat at least). The main menu has clearly listed vegan options! Although I didn’t eat in the restaurants, I got some to-go items, the chocolate chip cookies, chickpea salad, and kale salad. All fantastic. Great flavor!! In a meat heavy area of the state, it’s very refreshing to have super tasty vegan options available. I will definitely return here whenever I’m in town!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Buffalo sandwich, which had a perfectly fried large chicken breast, served with a side of delicious homemade ranch and fries. It was a great choice for dinner. The price per person was between $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch, with plenty of parking available in the free parking garage.
Very rarely do I want to give more than 5 stars but I think Moveable Feast deserves it. Is it a Michelin Star rated place? No, but it's extra on everything you want. The mosiac tile floors, the lighting fixtures, the bathrooms, the decor, the furniture. That's on top of the food options, then they make so much food that is GF DF Vegan. It's not an afterthought, it's the main thought..and it's delicious. Then there is the cocktails. Protip: go with the Brunch Mimosas. I know this a weird review but it deserves to mention that they make the best mimosas. Their house made syrups and their choice of liquers are just better. Then there is the dessert options. Like whaaaaaattt ! Moveable Feast does it all and does it all well. Aesthetics Food The Vibe Big fan. It was my first time here and now I get why people love it. 10/10 recommend

I ordered a vanilla oat milk latte, Chickpea salad with golden raisins that made it amazing, chocolate chip cookies (too salty for my taste, would skip next time), and a gluten-free Carmelita Bar to go. The seating area and order to go area were both available.
I recently stopped at a café for coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find that they served Stumptown, a renowned roaster based in Portland. The menu offered a variety of milk alternatives, including almond and oats. I was impressed to see clearly labeled vegan options on the main menu. While I haven't dined in the restaurant itself, I did try some to-go items including chocolate chip cookies, chickpea salad, and kale salad, which were all fantastic. It's rare to find such delicious vegan options in a meat-heavy area like this, so I will certainly be coming back when I'm in town again.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a balance of healthy and satisfying options. They offer a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
