Manny Olga's Pizza - Wheaton

Horrible service. They do not answer the phone. I ordered a pizza at 4:47pm and got an email saying it would be delivered in 45 mins. At 5:19pm I got a text that it would be delivered at 5:50pm (so an hour after I ordered, fine. At 6:05pm I got a text that the driver was approaching with my order. At 6:30pm he had not arrived. I tried calling this location 8 different times between 6:30-7pm. Each time the phone was picked up and put on hold, without a hello or anything. 3 out of those 8 times I called, I was put on hold for more than 5 mins and still no one picked up. I hung up and called again, and again. They were not answering the phone. At 7pm (2 hours and 15 mins later I decided I would drive up there and find out where my pizza was because I got an email at 6:50 that my order had been delivered. (It hadn 't. I walked out to my car at about 7:05pm and the driver pulled up with my cold pizza. I asked him what happened but he didn 't speak English and couldn 't understand what I was saying. I 'm furious.

I'm kind of shocked that this place has such a low rating!! Ordered via Uber Eats and it was outstanding. Especially for delivery. The Stuffed Shells were piping hot and seemed very fresh. The sauce they use is INCREDIBLE. I'm kind of picky about tomato sauce and the texture and flavor here were pretty much perfection IMO. The deserts (cannoli and baklava) were good, though maybe not as outstanding as the entree. This isn't to say they were bad by any means, just standard fare. All in all I was super impressed and will definitely be ordering from here again.

Wow, we got a $60 order of pizza, gyros and subs. All were bad. I don't know how they stay in business.

We order out from here regularly. Everything is delicious, we typically receive it hot the best part? I'm picky. So almost everything I order has a special prep request. When ordering from Yelp, you just type it in pray somebody sees it. Manny Olga always get it right! No tomatoes, mushrooms instead of spinach- whatever. I feel like they care about their customers.
