Contribute Feedback What John Henion doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Ordered Pizza on app.ready at 6: 05 pm. Went 20 minutes late because its never ready on time. It was in the oven at 6:20. Parked truck and waited. Will never go back. View all feedback.
The dining room was clean. Yet, if I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars, I would. The door to the dining room was unlocked. However, there was no one at the hostess station or the takeout counter. We could hear associates in the kitchen but had to yell to get attention. They were clearly distracted. The associate that came to help us was unsure if the dining room was even open and had to get his manager. The manager was unprofessional both in her attitude and her dress. We were told that the dining room was closed and could only get take-out. She was very short with us. We were given a menu to look over, and the manager walked off. After 15 min, she still hadn't returned. We ended up leaving without being able to get pizza or anything at all. Very unhappy!
Ordered at 737pm attempted to pick up at 805pm. Arrived a employee came to the window, stated they were really busy and wasn’t sure how long my order would be. Requested employee ask, as he stated I just do the dishes. Employee came back said 15-20 mins. I said ok-understanding that mistakes happen and busy times can cause longer wait. Came back 30 mins later (835pm) to pick up order. An employee came to the window. Asked my name. Gave me my receipt to sign and stated “I’ll go see if I can find your order.” Waited at the window for 15 mins. Honked. A female came to the window did not open window to retrieve slip or let me know what was going on. Saw another employee walk in the back door that was wide open at dusk. Saw employees cleaning. Honked. Tried to call. The answering service stated “this location appears to be closed,” and hung up. I tried to go to the front door like a normal customer and the door was locked. I went to the back open door yelled for someone no one came. I then walked into the kitchen a male employee was startled and said “I’m sorry your pizzas are about to come out the oven.” I responded with “A little communication would be nice as I’ve been sitting outside the window for someone to bring my pizzas back that I’ve paid for”. Another female employee came around yelling at me “Get out of the kitchen! You are not allowed to be in here!” I responded, “you have left me sitting at the window for over 15 mins, not answering the phone, front doors locked, I want my money back.” She then came walking within inches yelling for me to leave and that I could not have a refund. I took my receipt, threw the clipboard back at the employee and walked out. Returned home at 910pm, no dinner, but sure was charged for 2 pizzas. As a previous general manager of a restaurant, I am blown away at the poor customer service and all the violations. #1 back door to a restaurant should never be left open or propped. Good thing I wasn’t a theif as the safe was near the back door.
Literally no customers have pulled up as I have been sitting here waiting for my order that was to be ready 15 minutes ago. When ordering, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Pulled up. Paid. Was told it would be 5 more minutes. I've now been sitting here for half an hour. Now, I called them. No answer. I'll try again. Called. Again. She is so sorry. She thought someone else was bringing it out. Now i remember why we never eat here.
The manager was super friendly, food was great and it was clean. We'll definitely be back when we pass through Wheatland.
My wife was told they had no delivery driver today. First time that has ever happened to us!
