Finally when the gal opens the window to give us our food she just shoves into my hand smashing the soda and all she does is giggle and say ?sorry?. Asked for napkins to clean up the mess and she responds still giggling ?oh there?s napkins in the bag?.

Second, we went to use my birthday reward, but there are no scanners, it's a let down when franchises are not consistent with their chains. 3rd, I givethis a 5-star because of Mike, elder gentleman working the register. He was amazing! Super friendly, accommodated the couponanyways, and was nice in the explanation. I'd come back just for his service. Thanks

The soda stains on the sidewalk that you have to walk over to enter the restaurant are quite unpleasant and have also yet to be addressed. Once inside, the lobby could really use a deep clean, and the staff could be more welcoming. While I enjoyed my root beer float, I noticed that the local patrons were treated like VIPs, while travelers seemed to receive a rather indifferent, "What do you want? Next, please." I've been to several A&W locations, and this one appears to be the most disorganized and in need of attention. It could definitely benefit from some care to create a more inviting atmosphere.

The food was lukewarm, and th... read more Every table in the restaurant was dirty. When I informed the staff, they only emptied two out of the three overflowing trash cans. The food was lukewarm, and the only highlight of the meal was the root beer. Additionally, the outdoor trash cans were also overflowing. During our visit, there were only five other customers present. This was on July 28, 2022, at 3:30 PM.

However,... read more The food and root beer were both delicious and reasonably priced. I'm a big fan of A&W, to the point where I won't drink any other brand of root beer. However, I was let down by the cleanliness; everything could use a good cleaning, and the bathrooms in the attached gas station were quite unpleasant. I would consider visiting again, but only using the drive-thru.
