Really impressed with the people here. I was being helped and witnessed a highly aggravated customer (for a seemingly minute issue) behave extremely poorly with the staff. The employees handled it with integrity and composure. Very disappointed in that man, and very pleased to see the staff handle it like champs. Great quality food, will surely be back.
On February 28, I had a disappointing experience at the register. The woman there was very rude. We went in for the Leap Day special featuring free guacamole and added it to both of our orders. However, when we reached the register, the staff member informed us that the offer was available only through the app. We quickly pulled out our phones to find the coupon, but she became visibly frustrated and bluntly told my husband that they were about to get busy. We struggled to get the app to work, which only seemed to escalate her irritation. Eventually, she went to get a manager, who was more accommodating and ended up comping one guacamole. However, she incorrectly stated that the offer was limited to one per customer, despite there being two of us. To make matters worse, the guacamole was clearly old; it was already browning at the bottom of the bowl when we received it. The entire situation took about 15 minutes, and by the time we got our food, it was cold. This experience has left me reluctant to return to Chipotle, and if we do, it certainly won't be at this location.
Pretty disappointing when you show up and they are out of 50% of the items you want with over an hour still left till close (no lettuce, chips, veggie mix, 2 meat options). This has happened multiple times unfortunately. Close your store earlier if you can’t serve/feed the people that show up late.
