Description
Nestled away from main roads, this restaurant offers a charming outdoor dining experience, yet reviews reflect a mixed bag from patrons. While some commend the delicious seasonal dishes and accommodating staff, others express frustration over inconsistent service and lackluster food quality for the price. Highlights include tasty crab cakes and notable desserts, particularly the almond cake. However, diners have reported lengthy waits, rude hosts, and dishes being sent back multiple times. Despite these setbacks, the serene atmosphere and commitment to seasonal menus make it a hidden gem worth exploring—if you can navigate the service challenges that sometimes overshadow the experience.

This is such a great place, completely unappreciated, probably because of it's location off the main road. The food is novel, and delicious. The atmosphere welcoming and quiet, a peaceful place to dine, a welcome change from the plethora of sports bars with their 20 blaring TVS. It keeps reducing the days it is open, which is disappointing and a concern. I hope their summer pavilion entertainments bring people in. It's fun. Give it a try. You'll be happily surprised.
I recently tried the new Curbside menu at this restaurant. The meals for 2 or 4 were amazing and offered at very reasonable prices. The food was delicious and brought directly to my car. I was impressed by the high quality dishes that were reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and I will definitely be returning. It's always great to support small businesses.
We dined here for Valentine's Day with a group of 6 and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! The crab cake was on the smaller side, but the steak was fabulous. I made a special request and they were very accommodating. Thank you for a lovely evening!
A nice, quiet fine dining experience at a reasonable price. Atmosphere was excellent, food was good, service was personable and professional, but very slow. The almond cake dessert was outstanding, in a time of generally blah desserts. I think they suffer from their location (in a hole behind a car dealership) and from their colocation with a venue for wedding receptions. They are only open for a few nights each week, at least during the times when the outdoor patio is closed. We have been here 5-10 times over the years, and it has always been a very nice place to eat. The service has been inconsistent, though, probably due to the demands placed on the staff by the wedding reception venue.
