4in1 used to be better chips were not fully cooked and chicken always bes very black now
The food at this classic Chinese takeout restaurant is typically delicious, though it can be a bit oily. The flavors are delightful. I've been a bit let down lately, as this is the second time I've ordered a beef dish with four sides and the fries were undercooked. However, the service is consistently excellent.
I used to love this restaurant, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. The fries taste like plain boiled potatoes.
