When using the intercom, I had to yell... read more The service at the drive-thru is extremely slow. I had to call management twice because of the rude girls working there. When using the intercom, I had to yell in order to place my order. Even after they told me to drive up, they still asked me what my order was when I reached the window. They handed me sugar packets to add to my drink, even though the cup was already full. As a result, coffee spilled all over me. The manager was unhelpful and didn't listen to what I had to say. Unfortunately, this restaurant is the closest one to me, but the service is lacking.

The breakfast sandwich was room temp and flavourless. The bagel with cream cheese required me to apply the cream cheese myself... Which is a great thing when you're in the car trying to drive... Just go somewhere else.
