I frequently order the original chicken sandwich at this restaurant. The chicken is tender and the coating is not greasy or overwhelming. They make it very well. I find it to be superior to most other chicken sandwich options at nearby fast food restaurants. I always use the drive-thru and never encounter any issues. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The customers always order the same thing, but the staff at this restaurant just can't seem to get it right, even after being reminded multiple times. The 3-piece combo should come with a biscuit and dipping sauce, which I did not receive. They really need to double-check their orders before serving them to customers. I will not recommend KFC restaurant in Rocky Hill Connecticut! The Staff are very young and don't know how to cook the chicken!! I asked for 16 piece meal I got 11 pieces Go figure!! Wasn't happy at all!!!

This is the best KFC location. BISCUITS ALWAY AWSOME! LOL.not stoned small rocks that sit all day, there is nothing worse than that if your desire is something and it falls sooo far from expectation. Eating is always good. Never greasy or messy throw sandwiches or food. Drive thru and the people inside are always very nice. It is very clean inside. I always get contingencies, even if I forget to ask them. Was always a good experience here, highly recommended!
