I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while 6 people, including the manager, were arguing and threatening staff. This was very unprofessional. When I finally asked for a coffee, I was met with a rude attitude and ended up spilling coffee on my hand. For the price I paid, I expected much better customer service. I will never return and would give no stars if I could.

The young lady who made the latte here did it perfectly! It was so good with just the right foam and coffee mixture well espresso mixture.

Despite only... read more Having worked in the food service industry for many years, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of this restaurant in recent months. Despite only visiting for the sake of convenience, I used to believe that they had a good staff. However, if I were in charge of this location, I would opt to replace all the staff and essentially start from scratch.
