The woman and I like chips because you can get wheat pancakes and real maple syrup. I don't like regular pancake syrup because it has a high fructose. This is not good for the human body. Chips also have a nice atmosphere. View all feedback.

The atmosphere, however, left much to be desired; it was overly bright due to excessive lighting, which highlighted the stained carpet and worn tables. My client was not happy with the quality of the pastrami on her sandwich. Despite telling them how our the quality was, they did NOTHING to accommodate her bad experience. They didn't even offer to take her coffee off the bill. Very poor way to address the situation. Not going back
By far the best breakfast joint in town. We always stop in when visiting Connecticut. Our go to place. Great food and service

Chip's is always a stop at meal time when I travel nearby their locations. This was my first visit to the Rocky Hill restaurant and they did not disappoint. Always good food and excellent service. The menu is reduced currently buy there's plenty to still choose from. Breakfast is a specialty. Stop by. You won't be disappointed.
