Occasionally, they may substitute... read more I visit this Chipotle fairly regularly, and overall, I don't have many complaints. About 90% of the time, my order is spot on. Occasionally, they may substitute items when they run out, but it’s not a big deal. The major drawback is the manager. I don’t know his name, but he's a man with a tattoo on his right forearm and glasses. Unfortunately, he is quite rude to his employees and embodies everything you wouldn’t want in a manager. He tends to harass his staff and complains that they aren’t quick enough, all while just standing around and providing no support. I've even seen customers address him directly, saying that his behavior is inappropriate for a manager.

When I arrived, I was not greeted at all and ended up standing there for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to ask if they were only doing takeout orders, to which a staff member replied that he would assist me once he finished with the to-go orders. This has been the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had, and I definitely won’t be returning. It was my first visit, and it will be my last. I believe management needs to address this issue. My steak was tough, although the tacos were delicious. Despite that, I enjoyed my visit and would be willing to give it another try.

Plastic ramekins are usually open and spill all over the bag. Couldn’t get the hot sauce smell out for a couple days. One time they even forgot the chicken to my kids meal lmao. Drive over to the Glastonbury location if you have the time.
