I am thrilled to have discovered this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. Chapche (Japchae) is one of my favorite Korean dishes, and this version is comparable to a home-cooked meal. The side dishes are a wonderful complement to the meal, offering a diverse range of flavors that are sweet, tangy, and spicy. Everything was prepared in a timely manner, and the service was excellent. This place is definitely w... View all feedback.

What Town Sandy dislikes about Angry Tofu:
I had the worst dining experience at Angry Tofu! The food was far too salty, excessively sweet, and heavily seasoned—definitely not authentic Korean cuisine. If you want real Korean flavors, I suggest going to Ichiban instead. After eating here, I found myself drinking water all day long. We waited 40 minutes from the time we arrived until we finally got our meals, and we weren't even offered any side dishes. It felt... View all feedback.

I tried Scallion kimchi pancake: nomz still thinking about it’s texture and how flavorful it was! tofu bibimbap: the veggies tastes fresh and the tofu was crispy. Fried egg always a great addition Overall a solid Korean option in the area since there are lack of any other options!

This place is the closest I can ever get to my favorite place in IL with their Soon tofu soup. Their spicy level is up there, I love it! Everything was amazing. Their spiciest sauce was so tasty but too spicy for my wife (not a bad thing at all). An old Korean friend of mine told me, “You know it’s a good place when their side dishes are delicious.”

Food is good. Went when they were busy and had to wait a while before being able to order. Their menu is on a QR code now. Scan it with your phone camera to bring up the website.

Unassuming place. Clean. Almost in a strange location. Small...but let me tell you, this place is TOPS. Packed on a Saturday night. People waiting in line, but boy is it worth it. Staff was friendly and amazing. They easily could have lost patience orbeen frazzled, but they all worked so well together and made us feel welcome. The food? Portions were huge. Everything lookedgreat (even at other people's tables), smelled amazing, and tasted divine. We ended up packing most of it to go, and I havenever looked more forward to leftovers than thinking about eating these. GO! EAT! You will not regret it.
