Del Frisco's Grille - Westwood

This restaurant used to be my absolute favorite hidden gem in Westwood but it seems like they have drastically fallen off. Maybe it’s just a lunch service, but I vaguely remember it being extremely better than this. I had to wait 40 minutes for my appetizer and an hour for my entrée. The restaurant was fairly empty with only two other patrons there. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt so if you intend on going here, don’t go for lunch , go when it’s dinner time to ensure that you get their best because we definitely got their worst.

We had my dad’s 70th birthday party here in the private room and it was AMAZINGGGGGGG! Stacey Jess took the best care of us and gave us the best service we could’ve possibly had. They never let our drinks get even close to empty and they had everything in front of us before we even asked. The food was amazing and I cannot wait to come back!!!!

Came just myself and my daughter this past Saturday as something special, a little Mom daughter date. I'm not sure they wanted our business we were fully ignored after being seated for 15 20 minutes and couldn't make eye contact with anyone on the waitstaff. All the other tables around us were getting service and there were other open tables, it was not “slammed”. Finally flagged down a waitress who was very gracious and handled our table even though we were not in her section. I know we were not a group of adults ordering a total bill as much as another table but this was just so disappointing. Won't be going back.

Salad had no dressing. Potato was dry and never received the sour cream as requested. Deviled eggs were nothing but salt. The apps were decent (ribs, wings and flatbread). Waitress has no interest in working. Food has been going downhill. After last night, we Will not be returning.

This place must have poor management. It was so disgusting inside that we walked out. The toilet stalls didnt close in the womens bathroom. The bathroom sink was stained brown and it was 90 degrees inside. We left and went to Not Your Average Joes..and so glad we did the food and drinks were great.
