The drive-thru was backed up onto the road, and it took 15 minutes to reach the ordering speaker. After placing my order, I had to wait another 10 minutes to get to the window. View all feedback.

The wait time was also quite long while I was there. They seemed to think I had already been served until I mentioned that the man behind me was getting impatient, which made them realize I was still waiting. Everyone just stared at me when I arrived, and no one made an effort to assist or communicate. I noticed a young boy who was also waiting, and the staff were not very kind to him either. When I got home, I didn’t feel like going back for the missing lettuce and tomato. Overall, I believe the restaurant needs to step up its game in terms of checking orders and improving communication among staff and with customers.
