I took my family to Pictou for a couple of nights, just to get away. There's not a lot to do but it's a great place to relax. The first here we had lunch at this place and t was great. I had the chowder which was excellent. My wife had the lunch special which she was pleased with. The kids both had the Caesar salad which they liked and completely finished. Had dinner there. Lots of locals and that made it fun because folks were friendly and offered opportunity to meet folks. Food was ok, nothing special or bad. Average seafood pub food. View all feedback.
I absolutely adored this restaurant. The servers were friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful and rustic, and the view of the harbor was lovely. The food was incredible - the mussels and Greek penne were to die for. I will definitely be returning! Yum!
This was our first time at this restaurant and we will definitely be back! My mother-in-law and I both ordered the lobster roll (her first time trying lobster) and it was fantastic! We give it two enthusiastic thumbs up. Nicholas was our server and he provided excellent service. Thank you for a delightful lunch.
We were there last night, arrived about 6:30, the place was packed. The service was wonderful even with a full house. Beer was ice cold and the food was delicious. Our waiter was top notch. Great atmosphere. We love eating in Pictou in the summer, will definitely be back.
Thank you Roxanne for your hospitality and awesome great spirited attitude to not only serve us great drinks and terrific food, especially the burger plate but also accommodate our wish for 'non-menu ' item, ie the flag off the front of your restaurant. I Had the coconut shrimp wrap for lunch today.. hands down one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten in Pictou County! Would highly recommend
