Dunkin' - Westport

I gave this restaurant four stars solely because the woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and kind to my four-year-old daughter and me. The decaf coffee was weak, like dishwater, and the iced tea tasted old, like it was made with a gym sock from last year. I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer, but I have noticed a decline in their overall quality over the past year. Despite the poor drink quality, the employee was very kind during my visit around 4pm on 05/05/2022. I hope they provide her with some assistance.

I am not sure what is going on with this Dunkin' Donuts location, but it seems like they may not be paying their employees enough. It is a tragedy that this Dunkin' Donuts in Westport is so horrible. I feel sorry for the one person working there all by themselves who is clearly poorly trained. My order of three coffees was completely wrong and the half dozen donuts I ordered were just tossed into a bag. This Dunkin' Donuts location needs some serious improvement.

I was disappointed with the excessive amount of milk in my iced coffee, it felt like I was drinking a cup of milk. The restaurant is clearly understaffed, which is concerning as it seems to affect the quality of service. I hope that management addresses this issue by properly staffing the area to create a better work environment for their employees.

Rudest Dunkin ever been to. Staff swearing at customers, menu items not available. Staff Un skilled for job unable to do a refund for charging an item that's no longer available.

Worst carmel frozen coffee I've ever had, I get frozen coffee instead of iced because there isn't really a way to mess it up, but It just tasted like straight cream, no coffee no caramel, it was so nasty I couldn't even drink it. If their customer service was better I would have asked for them to make another, but I could tell the girl hated her job it wasn't worth my energy.
