I'm really excited that they offer vegan cheese as an option for any pizza, but keep in mind that if you choose it, you'll miss out on the traditional cheese since most pizzas come with a mix of cheese types. The garlic rolls would have been topped with parmesan if we hadn't specifically requested them without cheese, which felt a bit intentional.
