I'm really excited that they offer vegan cheese as an option for any pizza, but keep in mind that if you choose it, you'll miss out on the traditional cheese since most pizzas come with a mix of cheese types. The garlic rolls would have been topped with parmesan if we hadn't specifically requested them without cheese, which felt a bit intentional. I believe the only item on the menu that was vegan without any modifications was the "La Vegana." It was a bit unconventional, but absolutely delicious. This is an update to my previous review from January 16, 2021.
They use Follow Your Heart vegan cheese, which is absolutely delicious. You can also opt for a chia flour crust! The menu features avocado dip, bruschetta, and minestrone soup. I believe her "Verde Co" salad is also vegan.
