Pretty good quality for ayce jbbq! I always opt for the platinum one since it has more meats I like on there. The menu has two tiers and some sets offered. They accept walk ins and reservation. The menu recently did increase in price so if you wanna try it but save some money I recommend going on a weekday instead. The only downside is they don't have much sauce options so it sometimes is bland to me. View all feedback.

Definitely not what it used to be. We've been coming for years. Service, veggies, meats, just are mediocre. The service was poor. Kitchen had music blasting. It was more of a hangout for the employees rather than a great dining experience. Hoping they turn it around. View all feedback.
I was very impressed. First things first. The service wowed me. I felt like we were the center of attention with the whole team focusing on us. Like little worker bees ?. The food was awesome, but that's only cause my girlfriend cooked it haha. My kids really enjoyed the food as well. The bacon fried rice was amazing. So we went exactly at 5pm when they opened and were the only ones there. After about an hour or so people did start making their way in. But I don't think the service dropped one bit. This team was on top of it. Great job. Place was clean and so were the dishes. I didn't use the bathroom so no comment there. I highly recommend Shinobu Japanese BBQ.
Fantastic meal! We didn’t do the all you can eat, and opted for the Kobe and Waygu that fed three of us. Staff was very attentive and the meal was delicious. Highly recommend!
Went here on a Tuesday night. It wasn't crowded, as expected, so the staff was able to tend to us very well, keeping our drinks filled, grill clean, and table full of meats. The selection of meat is very good, and there are tv screens with sports games playing. It was a good first experience at Shinobi. Definitely coming back here again.
The meat selection was expansive. High quality meats even for the cheaper menu. They accommodated a lot of big parties the night I went and were very quick for service.
This is my second time here and honestly this place never disappoints! The quality of meat is amazing as well as the sides they provide. The stuff is always warm, welcoming, and attentive! Especially Janis! She's a gem ?!
