Starbucks - Westminster

This location rarely has cold brew available. It shouldn't be on the menu if it's always out of stock. I've visited both in the morning and afternoon, and it's been unavailable each time. They need to come up with a better plan to provide what they have advertised. I've chosen to go elsewhere until they resolve this issue. Thank you.

This location offers outstanding customer service! The staff is always friendly and clearly enjoys their work. The atmosphere is fantastic, and my drink was simply amazing!

My drink didn't taste right. instead of simply re-establishing it, they criticized others dieucks and said they don't make them too standard. when the barista made my drink again, she pushed him aggressively over the counter while still complaining about making it again and giving me the debt because I like light ice cream. I get the same drink every time at different places and never had to complain. I received a $4 off card for my next visit when I went to use it, it was inactiw and invalid. I love died but not this place.

Staff was busy but handled it well they were all amazing!
