Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Westminster

Didn’t even make it into the store. Wasn’t open during hours advertised. Pressure washing taking place right in the door way. Real bummer of an attempt to get some froyo in the middle of winter.

I love this place! The workers are extremely helpful and kind. I absolutely loveee the froyo. I would have given this place a 5 but I can’t in good conscience. The workers are left by themselves most of the time!! How is that okay? especially because many of the employees seem to be in their teens. I asked a young man to please refill the chocolate syrup and there was a line of people having to wait because he was working alone! Seems like a poor management decision.

We went here twice in the past week and both times the hot fudge was out and the Nutella. We asked the staff if there was some more in the back , both times the gals said “ it has to be ordered and checked in “ ??????? and walked away … toppings were barely full and appeared old and dried out .. marshmallow topping pump was broken. Once again asked for help.. staff just stared and said “ it’s broken” —-bummer this used to be a clean and fun dessert place. We were there at noon both times so it should have been fresh, clean and supplied for the day. Customer service is seriously lacking. Someone like the owner needs to know what’s going on.

This store is clean friendly with lots s of toppings and FRO-YO Cakes!!Nice place to hang out with the kids.
