The guy gave us coffee (dark skin with long curly hair) with dirty co... read more I do not want to give one star. Me and my husband ordered coffee on 1/20/2020 around 7 pm. The guy gave us coffee (dark skin with long curly hair) with dirty cover. The coffee mug cover was messed with coffee and hair. I asked him to change the coverpleasantly. Instead of changing the cover he stared at me and told what's wrong with cover. I told him the cover is not goodand saw something in here. Later he gave me cover with a bad attitude with indicating by his hand and eyes to through the coverwhere he supposed to through away that dirty mug that he covered up. The guy had horrible attitude and should not deservecustomer service position. I have no idea how they get employed by employer with nasty attitude and dirtiness.

Yes the mall just opened, it 's morning, but there 's no reason to becondescending to your customers. The woman with black glasses and half red and black hair. Just a terrible attitude, clearlydoesn 't like her job. Was talking to the other associate who is always super sweet, telling her I 've already got 5 reasons whywe should close the store and go home it 's 1030am.. also she was cursing. Thanks for being an unpleasant start to everyone 'sday. Really one of the rudest people I have ever met.

An older employee seemed particularly out of place for customer service. Overall, my experience at this Dunkin' was disappointing. I would recommend heading to the Starbucks just a few steps away instead.

Dunkin' seems to have a significant attitude problem and often lacks items on their menu. I always try to order ahead to avoid dealing with the rude staff. The only positive aspect is the speed of service.
