We had a lovely dinner with friends at this local restaurant. The cocktails were delicious, and the food was excellent as well. Our server was very sweet, although we would have appreciated a bit more attention. We went without water for a while and almost forgot to order another cocktail because of the delayed service. What Indy doesn't like about The Local Eatery Pub:
Service was off again. No detail to order deliver or requests for items to go with meal. Then things as small as mayo in the side took 5 min! Food got cold and others were 1/2 done. Did not see a manager tonight on the floor or front desk. Eat here a lot as food and selection are good BUT staff is ok at best. View all feedback.
We dined for a casual family dinner with our 2 year old for my husband's birthday. Mia was a wonderful server! Attentive but not overbearing. Food was delicious per usual. Our daughter made a little mess on the table but we felt comfortable in this family friendly atmosphere. food arrived promptly and hot. The Local continues to be one of our favorite spots!
We were very happy with our dinner. The hummas platter was amazing and enough for dinner for the two of us!
I love The Local, it's my favorite place to take friends from out of town. The emphasis on local ingredients is fantastic and the food is always high quality. I love the specialty cocktails!
Excellent all the way around. I came in from out of town, and took my (new to area) son to dinner there. I will go back to the Local when I make a return visit.
Have eaten here many times, and the ever-changing menu always has lots of tasty and interesting choices, most of them from local sources. Service is always friendly. Good parking. And it takes reservations, which is a plus. About the only negative would be the acoustics; it can get pretty noisy. But don't let that scare you off.
