Portillo's Westfield

Nice clean restaurant. Food was pretty good.If you want authentic Italian beef get to Portillos asap.

I had never been before. This is a first timer. Wow was it expensive. We spent over $30 on two sandwiches and 2 fries. We didn't even get drinks. That's a lot. It was a one and done for us. My husband and son were still hungry after they ate their food.

Place was absolutely packed and the line went very fast. I had Chicago dogs and my wife a cheese burger...she had the Cake and I had a chocolate cake shake. Life changing.

This location is good and clean but not the fastest. We have sat in a drive through line for quite a while more than a few times. Which sucks because we live an hour away. So when we stop here we do not want it to take forever so we can get back on the road.However, the food is worth it. My wife loves the hotdogs. The Italian beef is good and the burgers are normally good. Minus the one time it came out very dry. Can not forget the chocolate cake shake either.

Ordered at the drive thru, took 20 minutes to get my food. They gave me a free piece of cake which was nice for my troubles. Got home and the sandwich I ordered with sweet peppers had one piece of pepper on it. Figured for the wait the food would be good.
