I ordered food through Uber Eats, and while the restaurant initially accepted my order, they closed down and all employees left, leaving my food outside for anyone to take or tamper with. There was no communication from the restaurant or the Uber Eats driver regarding the closure or the unattended food. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially given the health risks associated with leaving food out. It's irresponsible for a restaurant to prepare someone's meal and then abandon it. This is a poor business practice.
I'm a loyal customer at this restaurant, and they always deliver! The ingredients are consistently fresh, the portion sizes are generous, and the service is quick and excellent. It’s definitely the best poke in the area. Food: 5/5.
