Mind you, My husband and I order from here once a week at least and I've had to call many times about chopsticks not being included so you'd think they'd remember with a repeat customer- especially one who has called about this issue before. Not sure who I spoke to but it was a man. He talked over me the entire time, raised his voice (borderline yelling), totally rude saying it's my fault. Dude, just apologize and say you'll make a note of it. I'm never ordering from here again which is a shame because the sushi is decent.

My wife spoke to the staff and clearly explained that my daughter has Celiacs disease cannot have ANY gluten in her meal. Any reputable restaurant would take great care with discussing her sensitive food allergies with their staff, just not this one. When the chef came to cook the meal at the table, it was as if he had never heard of a food allergy or how to prepare the food so that his minor patron could eat safely. He put soy sauce on everything then tried to remove it by overcooking it. Because it had the soy she ended up hardly eating anything and basically ruining her night.
