The temperature inside was unc... read more A few weeks ago, we had dinner with another couple, and unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The temperature inside was uncomfortably cold, to the point where all the patrons were wearing their coats. Our food arrived cold, and when we sent it back, it came back after 15 minutes still cold. When we expressed our concerns again, the waitress only made things worse by stating that they didn't need our business. As hospitality partners in the area, we strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant unless you enjoy a chilly atmosphere, cold meals, and unfriendly service.

First, the interior was so cold that we, along with other diners, had to keep our jackets on. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm, so we decided to send it back. Unfortunately, the waitress escalated the situation by having a bad attitude and eventually told us that they had enough customers and didn't need our business. My friends and I, who all work in the hospitality industry, found her response completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
